i faced a problem with the air conditioning unit. it was making a strange, persistent sound, it was unsettling. housekeeping did not address the issue despite my repeated requests. this made sleeping difficult.

my room was not what i anticipated , especially given the price i paid. the furniture seemed dated , and the air conditioning unit struggled to maintain a consistent temperature , which was quite bothersome during the night.
